What you can do:

Ulster Project Utah is committed to identifying promising teen leaders from Utah and Northern Ireland and nurturing their growth as peacemakers by providing a safe, but challenging environment to learn the skills necessary to unite people whose differences divide them.

Over the past 25 years Ulster Project Utah has hosted 12 teens each July from Omagh, Northern Ireland. Over 300 young people from Utah and Northern Ireland have participated in a variety of activities designed to open and encourage channels of communication. Open communication leads to understanding, tolerance, trust and reconciliation and creates an environment of friendship where the seeds of long-term change are planted.

Over the past 5 years the Ulster Project has experienced a steady increase in expenses. If additional funding is not found, the Project in Utah could end in 3 years.

Help is needed now. Help the Utah Ulster Project continue this important work. Any amount is appreciated and will help enormously.

Peace,
Renee Fitzpatrick
Board President
