At our book meeting, each teen (both American and Northern Irish) and families will be given a bound book containing a complete day-to-day schedule of each activity, along with drop-off and pick-up times, what to wear, what to bring (lunches, sunscreen, bathing suits, etc.). This guide is very helpful in keeping such a large group organized and running smoothly.
